Support Groups

Patients and their families often benefit from the special support they find in an environment of mutual respect and understanding among others who share similar experiences, concerns and emotions.

Our support groups give patients and family members a place to talk and listen. We offer a brain tumor support group and caregivers support group. A trained social worker leads each group at Roosevelt Hospital. These meetings are free and open to all. For information, call (212) 523-6720.

How Our Patient Networking Program Works

We put patients in touch with one another, especially new patients with former patients who have experienced a similar cranial base disease, condition or treatment. To participate as a new or former patient, call
(212) 523-6720..

If you would like to contact other patients, please call us at (212) 665-3122, or at
(212) 523-6720.

We can put you in touch with other patients, who will be happy to speak with you.
