The INF, founded in 1998
by brain tumor chordoma survivor Laurie Prince, is a New York-based, private
operating foundation designed to provide support, education,
research and information services that will enhance treatment
options for people with diseases of the head, neck, brain and
spine.
Dr. Peter D. Costantino serves on the Medical Advisory Board of The INF. Dr. Costantino is also the Managing Director of the Foundation.

The INF supports people with diseases

deformities caused by injury and disease. We provide support, education,
research and information services that enhance treatment options
for patients.The INF exists so that patients do not have to face
