Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons

Director: Cranial Base Surgery

Associate Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology, Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery

Dr. Costantino is a recognized expert in craniofacial tumor surgery, and aesthetic and functional facial reconstruction. He pioneered the development of several new biomaterials and surgical techniques for the replacement of missing facial bone and soft tissue.

These developments have advanced the ability to restore patients to their pre-surgical appearance and function.

Dr. Costantino is dual board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is a founding member of the North American Skull Base Society, the only nathional cranial base organization. He is also served on the Board of Directors for a number of years.

He also is Joint Council certified in head and neck oncology.

Dr. Costantino is an approachable, clear communicator. He welcomes the patient/physician partnership, as does his surgical team and staff.
